Enterprise Code Login

Replace complex server URLs with a short, memorable code that employees enter once to activate their VPN client.

How It Works

Traditional VPN clients require users to enter a server address (e.g., vpn.company.com:8443). Enterprise Code replaces this with a short alphanumeric identifier (e.g., CORP-VO-7782).

1. IT admin sets the Enterprise Code in Admin Console → Settings → Enterprise Code
2. Admin shares the code with employees (Slack, email, onboarding docs)
3. Employee opens the Remok client and enters the code once
4. Client automatically resolves to the correct gateway server
5. Employee logs in with their username and password (and MFA if enabled)

Benefits

• Users never need to know the server IP or domain — easier for non-technical staff
• If your server address changes, update the code mapping; users are unaffected
• Works consistently across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android clients
• Reduces IT support tickets for "where do I enter the server address?"
