Cross-Platform Clients
Install and activate the Remok client on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Download
Download the latest client from the Downloads page or directly from:
- Windows / macOS: www.feijiangkeji.com/download/feijiang/
- iOS / Android: Coming soon — contact us for early access
Alternatively, users can connect using existing Cisco AnyConnect or OpenConnect clients by entering the gateway address manually.
Activation Steps
- Download and install the client for your platform
- Open the app — choose "Enterprise Code" or "Server Address"
- Enter your Enterprise Code (e.g.,
CORP-VO-7782), or the server IP/domain - Enter your username and password
- Complete MFA verification if prompted
- The client connects automatically — you'll see a green status indicator

💡 During the period before native mobile clients are available, users can use Cisco AnyConnect (iOS/Android) to connect to Remok gateways.
